  Went here for the first time early Dec, great outlet. Should of visited before I started making my 9 Christmas cake and Christmas sweet food, such great prices. Will return to buy 2024 Christmas ingredients

  If I could give 6 stars I would! I ordered 30 tiny Vegemite jars to use as 'wedding favours' (alongside other treats) for our Australian-American wedding. First Darren from Padstow contacted me to let me know that the initial shipment had a very short expiration date, so he had re-ordered a new lot and would send me some 'fresh' ones instead. I didn't mind the slightly longer wait, and was really impressed with the attention to detail and his explanation for how the shipping would work (I live outside their usual shipping radius). Then when the Vegemite arrived, they had included a lovely message wishing us a happy wedding, with a picture of the US and Australian flags entwined! I hope our guests appreciate these gifts as much as we appreciate Padstow's considerate customer service. :)

  Great customer service, quick & friendly communication via email, website was user friendly.
  There was an issue with the items initially and after sending them an email with photos, they sent me replacements with extra items very quickly. They are accountable, friendly and quick to respond to emails - qualities which are hard to find these days. Will be ordering with them again. Also, how cute are these mini jars of Vegemite and Australian honey- they make great (Christmas hampers) gifts for Aussies overseas. Thanks Padstow team!
